Harbortown Circle Condominium Association

The Harbortown Circle Condominium Association (HCCA) consists of 76 units, which were built in the early 1980s. All units purchased after 10/1/2000 must be owner-occupied.

The monthly association fee is currently $245. The total payment is due on the 1st of each month, and if not paid by the 20th of the month, a late fee is applied. Send check to:

Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker Commercial Devonshire Realty (CBCDR), which handles the maintenance of the structures and surrounding land. By being part of the association, you are also part of the Lake Devonshire Homeowners Association (LDHA), which maintains the lake. There is a separate association fee for the LDHA and more information can be found on their website.
